DAI Starr Elegant Sorceress outfit

Starr’s more elegant attire, something she wears around Skyhold and sometimes goes out to fight in. (Girl likes to look nice every now and then, even in battle) clothes are enchanted to keep blood from sticking and from ripping, mostly. Dress design not mine, though the details are slightly mine. Mostly frost designs. Dragon age franchise doesn’t belong to me only to Bioware.
